- DEPARTMENTAL HEADS:
(i) Underwriting Department with 1st degree / AIIN or ACII /
5 years experience.
(ii) Service and Claims Department with 1st degree / AIIN or
ACII / 5 years experience.
(iii) Actuarial Service Department with 1st degree / MAS,
AIIN, ACII / 5 years experience.
(iv) Group Life Department with 1st degree / AIIN or ACII /
5 years experience.
- SENIOR OFFICERS/OFFICERS: in underwriting, servicing/claims and actuarial services departments with 1st degree / Progress in CIIN examination (Life Route) / 3 years experience.
