(a) CAPTAINS (Ref: FRJ/F001) with ATPL+IR+Multi Engine / 3,500 hours / Experience 6,500 hours / EFIS added advantage / Class A medical.
(b) FIRST OFFICER (Ref: FRJ/F002) with ATPL+CPL+IR+Multi Engine / 1,000 hours / Experience 2,500 hours / EFIS added advantage / Class A medical / 45 years old.
(c) SECOND OFFICERS (Ref: FRJ/F003) with CPL+IR+Multi Engine+Nighr rating / 250 hours / Class A medical.
(d) FLIGHT DISPATCHERS (Ref: FRJ/F004) with 3 years experience / NCA Licenced / Medicals as required by NCAA / I.T. literate.
(e) CABIN CREW (Ref:FRJ/F005) with 1st degree or HND / 30 years old.
- GROUND OPERATIONS
(a) STATION MANAGERS (Ref: FRJ/GO/01) with 1st degree or HND / 3 years experience / 35 years old.
(b) CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (Ref:FRJ/GO/02) with 1st degree or HND / 5 years experience / 35 years old.
(c) CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE (Ref: FRJ/GO/03) 1st degree or HND / I.T. literate / 30 years old.
(d) AVAITION SECURITY OFFICERS (Ref:FRJ/GO/04) with 1st degree or HND / 35 years old.
- ENGINEERING
(a) CHIEF ENGINEER (Ref:ENG/01) with 1st degree or Diploma in aircraft mntce engineering / 10 years experience / 2 years at management level / I.T. literate.
(b) CERTIFIED STAFF-AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE "B1" LINE Mntce (A/C) "B2" Line Mntce (AV) [Ref:FRJ/ENG/02) with 1st degree or Diploma in aircraft mntce engineering / 5 years experience.
(c) AIRCRAFT PLANNING AND CONTROL OFFICERS (Ref: FRJ/ENG/03) with HND / 2 years (A&C Avionics) / 40 years old.
- FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS
(a) FINANCE DIRECTOR (Ref:FRJ/FA/001) with 1st degree / 12 years experience / I.T. literate / 40-50 years old.
